House Hunting

I went to my first house viewing on wed. The agent called me up ard 3plus in the afternoon to confirm the appt in the evening. That was quite a short notice. Luckily I manage to drag my mom along as FH is busy with his exams preparation. I was very excited after call as the flat i m gg to view will be directly opp the mrt. When we reached the void deck that we are suppose to meet the agent, i realised that its the D&B flat. The carpark is built directly below the flat, which means at the void deck itself. We reached on time @ 7.20pm. No one in sight. He is late..On our first appt.. 10mins later, he came. I saw a man taking out his hp, trying to call someone. Then the nx second, my hp rang. So i walked up to him to meet him. He did not even apologize for being late until my mom say "how can you be late on the first appt with customers?" then he say sorry. Afterwhich, he call up the owner of the flat informing our arrival. In the lift, i asked him what wld be the price that the owner is asking for. His reply is " I'll let you know after you view the flat. In my mind, I was thinking how come you don't want to let me know the price. Must be that they are asking for very high price. When walking towards the flat, my mom and I commented that the corridor was very dark. Its really exceptionally dark..Looks quite scary. Guess what's the agent's reply! "That is not under my control, you should complain to HDB." What reply is that! We are just commenting. How can he be so sarcastic! *Angry* Anyway, i dun like both flats that he brought us to.. the design of the flat is abit weird. So each viewing only takes us 5min. Haha... Im gg to look for other agents. So many agents around. Im not gg to pay commission for such services. ;P
